Our Client is seeking a skilled and experienced Spanish-speaking Video Editor for ad hoc, project-based work. This role will primarily focus on post-production editing using DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Creative Suite, creating videos for various educational and administrative purposes within a school system. The ideal candidate will be located in or near Austin, Texas, and available for on-site work.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit video projects using DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ensure high-quality video production, adhering to project specifications and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with project managers and the video production team.
  • Translate and adapt video content for Spanish-speaking audiences.
  • Maintain organized project files and assets.
  • Work on-site in Austin, Texas.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in video editing, specifically using DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of video production workflows and post-production techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience editing videos for educational or administrative purposes is a plus.
  • Portfolio or samples of previous work demonstrating relevant skills.

Job Type: Ad hoc, project-based, on-site.

Location: Austin, Texas.

Compensation: The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
