Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The candidate must have excellent customer service skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and be reliable and a good team player.
Responsibilities
- Study design briefs to fully understand the scope and project requirements.
- Create a detailed schedule outlining project milestones and deadlines.
- Develop rough drafts and present them to clients for feedback.
- Refine and finalize designs using Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software.
- Ensure designs align with brand standards and meet all project specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and design principles.
- Familiarity with pre-press processes, file preparation, and print production.
- Experience in desktop publishing and design for various materials such as newsletters, business cards, flyers, logos, and brochures.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to produce high-quality work under tight timelines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks and projects.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and internet-savvy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a Graphic Design role or similar position is preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing published works is essential.
- Creative, with an eye for design detail and visual storytelling.
