The TRG Design Group seeks a designer who has a strong background in brand identity and is a nimble thinker and problem-solver. Our ideal candidate combines sharp thinking with sharp-looking design and excels at the usual design skills: conceptual thinking, typography, composition, etc. We like designers who are pretty good at other things too (illustration, copywriting, photography, animation, or UI/UX, for example) – so if you have extra talents to go along with your smart, great-looking work, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take design projects from concept ideation to implementation and production while ensuring design excellence and meticulous attention to detail at each stage.
- Balance multiple diverse projects for a wide range of clients of various sizes.
- Develop and execute strategic, comprehensive branding and graphic identity work across various applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life.
- Stay current with industry trends and integrate new design techniques and technologies into your workflow.

What You Have in Your Background
- Three to five years of experience in a creative studio setting.
- A great portfolio highlighting strategic, comprehensive branding and graphic identity work across a range of applications.
- Expert design, color, typographic, and layout skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Awesome and quick in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; bonus if you are proficient in After Effects or other animation software; huge bonus if you are proficient in Figma.
