Job Description:

The WDDM graphics driver is part of the graphics virtualization stack that also includes a virtual graphics device and host rendering to provide 3D acceleration to guest operating systems. This team is modernizing our graphics stack to enable the latest DirectX features.

This position is for a WDDM developer that can contribute to both the user and kernel mode drivers of our graphics driver. In this role, the engineer is expected to successfully work on Windows WDDM graphics driver development. The candidate should be comfortable reading Microsoft documentation, implementing Microsoft graphics APIs, and debugging driver issues in either user or kernel mode.

Requirements:

• Bachelors and 8+ years of related experience; Masters degree and 6+ years of related experience
• Excellent C programming and debugging skills on Windows
• Experience developing a WDDM graphics driver
• Solid understanding of operating and hardware interaction
• Strong Windows operating system and kernel internals knowledge
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US

Compensation and Benefits:

The annual base salary range for this position is $107,000 - $190,000. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
