Marketing Manager
Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing enterprise marketing strategies and ensuring the marketing strategy aligns with the enterprise-wide strategy. This role is essential for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies that focus on growing Carelon's key audience segment - health plans.
How You Will Make an Impact
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Builds market product / marketing plans.
- Assists in product pricing assessment and recommendations.
- Serves as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution.
- Coordinates the development and review of communication materials with appropriate resources.
- Leads development of marketing collateral to support marketing plans.
- Coordinates with public relations to support marketing initiatives.
- Provides leadership and direction to marketing support and creative staff.
- ABM Data: develop advanced targeting models that integrate multi-channel data and sales feedback to optimize account engagement.
- Campaign Development: working with marketing strategies, guide campaign enhancements based on audience/segment best practices to optimize approach and impact.
- Campaign Timing: manage weekly campaign launch timing, accounting for shifts in strategy and business needs (e.g. acquisitions), drive alignment with brand campaigns and any activities touching the health plan audience (to ensure optimal spend), and drive cross-channel coordination (e.g. social, email, digital).
- Campaign Optimization: using reported data and metrics, work with sales to inform next best targeting opportunities/strategies that enhance pipeline velocity.
Minimum Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences
- Managed care experience preferred.
- Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
