Based in Neptune, NJ, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier experiences for our clients. We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Social Media Manager with a creative mindset and strong expertise in Social Media and Marketing.

Position Overview:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating compelling content, and managing our online presence. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, as well as the ability to drive brand awareness and engagement. Additionally, this position involves collaboration with multiple companies to support broader digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos, etc.) for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Engage in social media and marketing campaigns via email
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies
  • Identify and build partnerships with influencers, athletes, and sports-related communities
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and track performance metrics
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Social Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field highly preferred)
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Experience working in a sporting events company is a big plus
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize social strategies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

  • $50,000-$60,000 per year
