WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop and implement creative social media plans and strategies to maintain and strengthen HHHunt's online presence.
  • Maintain collaborative working relationships with Marketing Team and business area leaders.
  • Manage social media campaigns for all HHHunt business areas.
  • Manage social media vendors, contracts and budget for social media content.
  • Create and coordinate engaging content for various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team and business area leaders to plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with HHHunt's brand identity and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of social media initiatives and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Respond to social media comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster positive engagement with followers and actively manage the HHHunt social media community.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High-School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of experience/education in social media, marketing, or advertising is required or 4-year college degree in media, marketing, or related field is required and 2 years of experience/education in social media, marketing, or advertising is required.
  • Experience with Hootsuite, Creator Studio, Canva and Wrike a plus.
  • Strong understanding of social media channels and their respective best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media content creation, including graphic design and copywriting.
  • Ability to interpret social media analytics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative in working towards common goals.
  • Results based and deadline driven.
  • Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.
  • Strategic planner as it pertains to marketing.
  • Willingness to accommodate after-hours work as needed for social media engagement.

HHHunt is committed to offering competitive pay. The annual base salary for this position starts at $49,500 and may increase depending on skills and experience.
