Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Media Relations Coordinator (with expertise in Meltwater strongly preferred) to support our media relations, media monitoring, and PR analytics efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Meltwater platform, leverage the platform for data analysis, and work closely with our team to provide data analytics.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development of PR reports and media coverage analysis using the Meltwater platform.
2. Manage multiple PR campaigns and projects, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met.
3. Work directly with clients to provide insights on campaign performance, trends, and areas of improvement.
4. Train and support other staff in using Meltwater for media monitoring and PR reporting.
5. Stay updated on industry trends to optimize use of Meltwater and PR strategies.

Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or marketing with hands-on Meltwater experience.
2. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data from PR campaigns.
3. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
4. Proven track record of delivering effective PR reporting and insights.
