We're looking for the social media manager to join our team in Chisinau.
Position summary:
Build and maintain a strong online presence for the CEO of the company, enhancing the personal brand.

Working hours Monday-Friday from 16:00 till 20:00 (Moldova TimeZone), with a possibility of working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Devise and deliver a Social Media Strategy to grow online presence.
- Creating scripts and instructions for CEOs to create engaging, original content tailored to each platform (eg Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok) aligned with brand guidelines and target audience.
- Plan, prepare, edit and direct photoshoots/video content creation.
- Keep up-to-date with photography trends, techniques, and equipment to continually elevate brand's visual content.
- Deliver both weekly content updates & monthly, using analytics, wins, learnings, for each.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in a social media role - ideally working on a personal brand previously.
- Proficient knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Lightroom are essential) and ideally experience across multiple social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc).
- Excellent organizational skills - to manage and monitor the posting schedules across all social channels using technology where possible, but also in maintaining the storage of imagery onto external hard-drives and the cloud for easy access when needed.
- Agility and problem-solving skills – you will be required to pivot and change direction on a frequent basis, with the ability to think creatively and drive new ideas.
