Job Description

As a Paid Media Coordinator, you conduct research, analyses, and audits to support the strategy and optimization of our client’s paid search marketing programs. Your ability to formulate metrics and create custom monthly reporting allows the Paid Media team to identify and implement tactics and best practices for each client. You thrive off of data and you constantly conduct ongoing professional research and education to stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Job Expectations

  • Support the strategy and optimizations for a group of paid search marketing programs
  • Help analyze and optimize campaigns through bid, keyword, and landing pages
  • Formulate metrics and create custom monthly reporting to measure company and client success
  • Pull, analyze, and organize data
  • Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives through monthly reporting and present recommendations
  • Manage the implementation and optimization of social ad campaigns
  • Assist with monitoring short-term and long-term optimizations and development of product performance
  • Communicate information clearly and consistently to the appropriate internal product teams
  • Conduct ongoing professional research and education, staying up-to-date on industry trends

Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Must demonstrate a proven track record of the ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task in a flexible and fast-paced environment to effectively meet deadlines
  • Must demonstrate strong conceptual and written communication skills with a deep understanding of the English language (spelling, grammar, and vocabulary)
  • Must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate both technical and non-technical information between internal product teams and external clients
  • Demonstrated proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Must demonstrate strategic and analytical thinking when solving problems
  • Must demonstrate a basic understanding of digital marketing

Required Experience

  • Google Ads Certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or another related field, or equivalent experience
  • Some advertising or digital agency experience preferred
