The Amazon Music and Wondery Legal team is seeking a customer-obsessed and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support two Directors in Culver City, California. This Executive Assistant role will be a key player on the Amazon Music & Wondery legal team and among the administrative team of the Amazon Global Entertainment Legal org. The ideal candidate will be professional, hold high standards and be a fast learner with experience using sound judgment while working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and ever-changing work environment. They must have strong prioritization abilities to complete a high volume of complex tasks with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented planner with the demonstrated ability to communicate and respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, a sense of humor, and grace under pressure.
This is a Culver City-based role with the expectation of 5 days/week in office.
Key job responsibilities:
- Proactively coordinate and engage with stakeholders in planning and organizing events, activities and calendars
- Manage complex calendar and travel arrangements
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
- Serve as a business partner ensuring strategic, proactive and thoughtful support of the business cycle
- Support the Music Legal team with other administrative duties as needed
- Have fun at work and help others do the same
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of senior level leadership support
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
- High level of integrity and discretion
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
