Our Client seeks a highly creative and results-oriented Manager, Photography & Social Media Content Creation to lead the development and execution of high-quality visual content across all social media platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of visual storytelling, social media trends, and best practices within the consumer goods industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage all aspects of photography and video production, including planning, shooting, editing, and post-production.
2. Develop and execute engaging social media content strategies across all relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
3. Manage the creation of high-quality visual assets for social media campaigns, website, and other marketing materials.
4. Stay abreast of emerging social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
5. Collaborate with marketing, brand, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels.
6. Analyze social media performance data, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights.
7. Manage budgets and timelines for photography and video shoots.
8. Oversee the work of freelance photographers, videographers, and editors.
9. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in photography, videography, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in social media marketing and content creation, ideally within the consumer goods industry.
3. Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional photography and videography skills.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
5. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
6. Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Passion for photography, video, and social media.
