Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Position Title: Regional Account Manager (Publishing Department)

Location: Phoenix, AZ, with required travel

Status: Full-Time Salaried with Commission

The KNOW Women is a global media company that exists to amplify the voices of businesswomen through our publications and community. As a Regional Account Manager, you will assist in bringing awareness to local female-run businesses through our KNOW City Guides and publishing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

  1. Building relationships with female-run businesses in the region
  2. Identifying market potential, developing, and executing sales strategies across multiple platforms, including digital, regional City Guide publications, and our quarterly national magazine.
  3. Securing new client partnerships using a mixed strategy of cold-calling, seeking referrals, and using existing database
  4. Generating revenue through marketing and sponsorship sales & brand partnerships
  5. Impacting the local femme economy by promoting businesses in the publication(s) through giving more female-led businesses visibility

Experience Requirements:

  1. Experience in sourcing, prospecting, cold calling (2-5 years)
  2. Experience in traditional sales, advertising, and/or health care
  3. Secondary experience in membership and sponsorship sales, or fundraising is a bonus
  4. Ability to use customer relationship management software

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to support the growth & impact of businesswomen both locally and globally through visibility and connections. Moderate travel is required.

Important:

This role will exclusively work in our central markets, but must reside (or be willing to relocate) in the Greater Phoenix area. Travel will be required about every six weeks. The role will consist of salaried work, plus commission and benefits. Relocation assistance is not available, but we will consider a strong candidate that is interested in moving. The position is in-office, with some flexibility for remote days.
