- Utilize design tools suchb as Figma, Sketch, Axure and Adobe XD to communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, high-quality assets and click-through prototypes.
- Design engaging, user-centered interfaces with a focus on accessibility and performance. Knowledge of web content accessibility guideline standards (WCAG).
- Execute multiple creative concepts and design solutions to translate business needs into innovative solutions.
- Optimize designs for responsiveness and scalability across devices and platforms.
- Proficiency with UX design process and Lean UX methodologies to make valuable contributions.
- Analyze user needs, workflows, and pain points to inform wireframe design.
- Conduct and synthesize qualitative research needed by the projects – including, but not limited to in-person moderated testing, remote moderated & unmoderated testing, surveys, heuristic reviews, benchmark studies, concept testing.
- Experience using Figma to deliver prototype concepts and dev-ready designs using Dev Mode.
- Experience using Pendo.
- Possess excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills that will make valuable contributions.
- Stay updated and informed on industry design standards, creative best practices, and relevant trends.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including sales, design, marketing, and stakeholders) to ensure proper status and reporting of design activities and accountability.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing design compliance practices and processes.
- Integrate user/customer feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
- Advocate for the prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements.

- Experience developing software that is global in reach, universal in design, and designed for users of multiple languages and abilities.
- Experience in designing and thinking in design systems, not just single-purpose apps.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work for web and/or mobile applications, preferably within enterprise software or SaaS products. Minimum of 15 years of experience as User experience and interface Designer.
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
- Experience in a fast-paced software development environment with an ability to execute against aggressive timelines.
