Job Title: UX Designer
Duration: 6+ Months contract to hire
Hourly pay: $70 - 75/hr W2
Location: Hybrid onsite in Alpharetta, GA (3 days per week)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, conceptualize, and create well-designed customer-centric experiences aligned with user experience best practices.
- Partner with digital, agile, and technical teams to drive user experience design enhancements that support overarching goals of engagement and conversion.
- Leverage a variety of sources (research, best practices, user flows, wireframes, stakeholder input and requirements, etc.) to develop visualizations that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- In project meetings, design sessions, or other relevant contexts, champion the needs of the user, focusing on a human-centered design philosophy.
- Rapidly produce mockups and prototypes for proof-of-concept opportunities.
- Produce design assets from low fidelity concepts through to high fidelity wireframes that can be brought to life by the digital development teams.
- Engage in iterative design processes and agile development methodologies.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, product owners, and stakeholders to build scalable solutions that improve the user experience and support business goals.
- Leverage existing UX patterns & defined conventions and standards; remain up to date on best practices, trends, and patterns in modern UX design.
- Manage multiple and concurrent projects and initiatives, keeping them on schedule and within scope.
- Pair with digital team to understand measurable outcomes of user experience changes and ideate on additional optimizations that may be needed.
- Participate in digital experience testing efforts, when needed.
Required Skills

- Ability to adapt content to different platforms and formats.
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines.
- Data analysis and interpretation skills.
- UX Writing: Focusing on microcopy and interface language within applications.
- Prototype and Wireframe in design tools like Figma.
- Apply brand, writing and design system standards to all content produced.
- Traditional UX Design experience.
