We're Hiring: Senior UI/UX Designer (Remote – Orlando, FL)
Beacon Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of Radiant Digital Solutions, is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team! We deliver cutting-edge Program Management, Science, Engineering, and Technology Solutions to Federal, Commercial, State, and Local Agencies, including NASA, DoD, FDA, and multiple state governments.

Position: Sr. UI/UX Designer
Location: Remote (Orlando, FL)

What You'll Do:

1. Design engaging and intuitive mobile/web experiences for food ordering, reservation systems, and game design.
2. Work with AI-powered personalization, ML-driven UX customization, and recommendation engines.
3. Design experiences integrating Conversational & Generative AI (ChatGPT, Bard, Claude).
4. Lead human-centered design with deep expertise in eCommerce, travel, and banking industries.
5. Drive data-driven UX strategies for a global audience in digital commerce.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience in mobile/web UI/UX design with a strong design system focus.
2. Background in AI-powered UX, chatbot integration, and dynamic content adaptation.
3. Expertise in eCommerce, travel, and digital commerce platforms.
4. A strategic thinker with a holistic and problem-solving mindset.
5. Theme Park projects experience is highly desirable.
