We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser for our 255 store chain. The successful candidate will develop brand standards, improve visual execution, and promote an in-store shopping experience that inspires customers and grows sales.

This is a full-time position that works IN PERSON out of our corporate office in Troy, MI.

Position Responsibilities

• Produce and communicate store planograms.
• Generate and communicate new product notices and display direction.
• Develop and update apparel communication to store teams.
• Develop and update visual presentation brand standards.
• Develop and implement visual presentation training programs.
• Cross functionally collaborate with partners in all relevant departments to drive a solutions-oriented culture.

Experience required

• 2-5 years of retail store experience preferred.
• Skilled in writing merchandise directives.
• Experience with sales-driving initiatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• CAD experience preferred.
• Graphics, signage, in-store marketing presentation experience preferred.
• Apparel and hard-lines experience.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
