Have you ever worked on a service and thought to yourself "I wish I could spend the time to rethink how this works to make it better." Well, this is your chance! CloudFront is a service in AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) that is ready to refresh and evolve the service console into a next phase focusing on the end-to-end customer journey. In a time when getting internet traffic fast and stable is more important than ever, this role will be key in how AWS meets the needs of our customers while the internet continues to scale.

CloudFront is a fast content delivery network (CDN) service that securely delivers data, videos, applications, and APIs to customers globally with low latency, high transfer speeds, all within a developer-friendly environment. With hundreds of thousands of active customers, CloudFront is a critical component of a wide range of customers' architecture, and we take our responsibility for reliability and ease of use seriously.

Throughout the strategy, design, and development lifecycle, you will work collaboratively with a strong design team in AIS, engineers, product managers, and executives. In addition, you will be expected to be a design thought leader and mentor other designers. Here you can truly own and manage the end-to-end product design life-cycle.

We care about your career growth. Once you join the team, you and your manager will jointly craft a career plan and you'll review it regularly to ensure you're on track to meet your goals. Whether your goals are to explore new technologies, take on bigger opportunities, or get to the next level, we'll help you get there. Our business is growing fast and our people will grow with it.

Our team also puts a high value on work-life balance. Striking a healthy balance between your personal and professional life is crucial to your happiness and success here, which is why we aren’t focused on how many hours you spend at work or online. Instead, we’re happy to offer a flexible schedule so you can have a more productive and well-balanced life—both in and outside of work.

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain — and we’re looking for talented people who want to help. You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.
