Amazon’s Cross Channel and Category Marketing Team (XCM) is hiring a strategic marketer to lead the development and execution of our cross-channel mass global Prime campaigns. This individual will have an incredible opportunity to drive fully integrated marketing plans and campaigns that create brand love for Prime customers around the world. XCM runs the largest and most performative mass marketing portfolio at Amazon, of which our Prime campaigns investment is one of the largest. These campaigns range from mass cross-channel campaigns to activating on our sponsorships of professional sports leagues such as the NWSL. This individual will be an integral partner to stakeholders in Prime Video, WW and US Prime, and XCM leaders across global locales, ensuring our campaigns align to our core Prime brand strategy.
The Sr. Marketing Manager will work closely with functional leaders across XCM to develop insight-driven, integrated plans and campaigns that consistently breakthrough and drive measurable results, working closely with Insights, Media, Measurement, Social, Brand Planning, and Creative. We are looking for a customer-centric, creative-thinker who uses and applies data responsibly to guide strategies, seeks continuously to optimize performance, is hungry to dive deep into the drivers of our business, and has creative instinct to marry art with science. We seek an exceptional communicator, who can present their ideas in clear and strategic narratives, including strong document writing.

Craft insight driven cross-channel campaign briefs, in partnership with Brand Planning and cross-functional partners, to spark emotionally resonant creative.
Lead end-to-end campaign development across global Prime brand campaigns, from brief development through production and ongoing measurement performance optimization across channels.
Be a thoughtful and strategic partner with business teams to ensure strategic integration into relevant stakeholder priorities and docs.
Engage with international marketing leaders to bring a central campaign strategy and key creative assets to life across locales.
Develop annual integrated marketing plan to optimize business and brand impact, including messaging strategy, channel and communications planning, audience segmentation, and learning agenda to drive efficient short- and long-term returns.
Manage on-time and on-budget delivery of Prime campaign.
Lead relationships with relevant creative agency partners (as applicable) to deliver campaigns that are on brief and raise the bar in driving brand and business outcomes.
Basic Qualifications
9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience in agency or brand side marketing roles (with agency management experience preferred) overseeing complex campaigns, creative problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration
Experience in executing campaigns across traditional and emerging media channels including TV, OOH, cinema, digital display, online video and paid social
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on business writing for VP-level audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on global campaigns
Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
Experience providing creative input, development and execution from concept to completion
Experience executing marketing strategy and creative at a high bar

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
