What You’ll Do:
Your week will be a dynamic mix of strategic planning, content creation, and data-driven marketing execution, focusing on both revenue generation and brand positioning.

  • Revenue-Driven Campaigns: Design and implement marketing campaigns that directly support lead generation, client acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, case studies, email marketing, sales collateral, and more - aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for conversion.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms, leveraging analytics to refine strategies.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track marketing performance metrics, analyze data, and present actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • SEO & Website Management: Optimize website content using SEO best practices and manage updates through WordPress.
  • Marketing Technology: Oversee marketing automation tools, CRM integrations, and lead management systems to streamline campaigns.
  • Event Marketing: Support the planning and promotion of events, job fairs and sponsorships, and community initiatives to boost visibility and engagement.

What You Bring:
We’re looking for someone who’s not just creative but also commercially savvy, eager to learn, and driven to make an impact.

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a revenue-focused, service-based role
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools: MS Office, marketing automation platforms, social media schedulers, and CRM systems
  • Creative skills: Strong content creation, copywriting, and design capabilities - experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, and similar tools
  • Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • SEO and SEM knowledge, including keyword research and paid search campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
  • Project management abilities to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively
