Marketing Manager Job at Apex Systems in Winston-Salem

Apex Systems is looking to hire an ONSITE Senior Marketing Manager for our client based out of Winston-Salem, NC. This will also have a first shift Monday-Friday schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.
• Enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness through a test, learn, and adapt approach.
• Define product pricing and positioning strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
• Plan and manage campaign budgets, production timelines, and outcomes.
• Oversee P&L, driving sales, market share, RPU, and gross margin growth.
• Analyze industry and competitor trends to establish differentiation and competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, IT, customer service, and other departments.
• Create market segmentation strategies, customer journey maps, and personas.
• Develop forecasting models and KPIs for various customer segments.
• Prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Work with internal and external creative agencies effectively.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to grow and learn in a dynamic environment.
• Engage in critical thinking and interact with C-level executives regularly.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in marketing and product management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in modern marketing strategies such as social media, email, affiliate, SMS marketing, and online advertising.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
