- Recruitment and Onboarding: Recruit, onboard, mentor, and train new sales team members.
- Performance Assessments: Conduct regular performance assessments to optimize team efficiency.
- Guidelines and Directions: Establish guidelines and provide clear directions for the sales team.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the sales team to align with company objectives.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO to contribute strategically from day one.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage a sales team, including recruitment and performance management.
- Previous experience in setting up and managing sales processes.
- Strong cultural fit with the company and ability to hire accordingly.
