You will provide STRATEGIC OVERSITE to the position by:
- Developing marketing strategies for the business by identifying customers current and future needs; and monitoring the competition.
- Preparing effective advertising campaigns based on market research.
You will utilize your ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS to efficiently:
- Work with Sales, Product Management, and Services Leadership to understand client's needs and challenges by industry segment and develop strategic campaigns based on key buyer personas.
- Make recommendations for campaign improvement based on data.
You will use your PEOPLE MANAGEMENT SKILLS to inspire and coach your team by:
- Having the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
You will use your COLLABORATIVE SKILLS to:
- Collaborate with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.
- Forecast, implement, and oversee the department's operating budget.

Requirements
You will meet the following educational, licensing, certification and work experience requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Required, Master's Degree preferred.
- 7+ Years of Marketing Experience required.
- Hold and maintain a valid driver's license; driving record must meet the criteria of ISG's insurance carrier for acceptance of coverage.
