Company Description
The Producer executes the creative vision of Central based projects and production, as defined by the Working Project Team (including Communications, Programming, Content, Media Partnerships, Social Media and Media Relations). She/He develops and executes individual content pieces and works closely with the Programming and Communications teams to meet audience objectives and the needs of the business.
The Producer works with the local creative community to develop and produce content ranging from mid-form, serialized/format content, short form (in conjunction with social media producers), long form support, live support and flanker content - and is responsible for the creative quality, distinctiveness, strength of narrative storytelling, and execution.
The Producer is the creative force behind bringing content to life in the Central Region. They will collaborate with the on-the-ground production team to develop and execute innovative, high-quality content that aligns with the Red Bull's vision, engages key local audiences and resonates with larger audiences. This role involves managing all aspects of production, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Job Description
CONTENT DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION
Puts the creative vision of the Director of Production and Sr. Producer into reality. Develops and produces innovative, high- quality content that is always in line with the brand attitudes, values and quality standards of Red Bull
Works with top production partners and talent in the Central region, to deliver state-of-the-art content from editorial to technical perspectives. Builds and maintains a network of companies, creative professionals, agencies, co-producers and partners within the region.
Executes productions from concept phase to final delivery, aligned with the defined holistic content strategy for that market
Collaborates regularly with international Red Bull producers, ensuring full transparency regarding project status and timelines
Identifies and develops new story angles for existing projects, genres and recurring content opportunities (Athlete Projects, Opinion Leaders, Events, Team Presentations, On Premise, Consumption Occasions etc.)
Ensure that all productions are executed in line with the Red Bull Media House Production Management guidelines and requirements (i.e. proper rights clearance, delivery standards, metadata, production schedules, budgets, etc.)
Manage day-to-day production activities, including scheduling, location scouting, talent coordination, and equipment management.
Oversee post-production processes, including editing, sound mixing, and visual effects, ensuring the final product meets quality standards.
Translate creative concepts into compelling visual narratives that engage and inspire the audience.
Anticipate and address production challenges, proactively finding solutions to keep projects on track.
Manage relationships with external production partners, talent, and agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
TEAM MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT
Supporting the Sr. Producer in driving innovation and continuous improvement throughout the production lifecycle, including developing editorial storylines that resonate with our target audience
Collaborating with the Santa Monica Portfolio team on developing content for the overall content pipeline.
Responsible for sourcing and developing a strong network of experienced production partners, vendors and talent to work with.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION
Managing a slate of programming from development through to delivery made up of in-house, commissioned, live and non-live programming.
Provide regular updates on project status and progress to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in content production, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
Strong understanding of production processes, workflows, and industry best practices.
Experience managing budgets, resources, and on-set logistics.
Proven track record and passion for developing and producing distinctive content, mid-form and short-form
Experience in executing multiple productions, budgets and partners
Creative vision and storytelling ability.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively under pressure.
Technical proficiency in relevant production software and equipment.
Passion for content creation and a drive to deliver exceptional results.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
Must have valid US Drivers License

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $65,600 - $98,400 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
