THE JOB
As an Associate Creative Director, Design, you will lead creative concepts across brand identity, packaging, product, and immersive retail experiences. You will push boundaries in multidimensional design, developing high-impact 3D, illustrative, and typographic work that defines brand expression. You will also create retail and product experiences-from packaging to in-store activations to emerging tech-shaping how consumers interact with brands in innovative ways. You will elevate packaging and product aesthetics, bringing fresh thinking to both sustainability and collector-worthy brand statements.
This role requires developing and presenting high-touch creative decks that sell through bold creative ideas. You will also mentor designers, illustrators, and 3D artists to elevate the quality of work while fostering a culture of innovation.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Concept, design, and execute breakthrough brand experiences across retail, packaging, product, and experiential spaces.
- Develop bold brand identity systems that seamlessly connect physical and digital touchpoints.
- Lead and mentor designers, ensuring exceptional craft in typography, 3D, illustration, and spatial design.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to build culture-shaping work for major consumer brands.
- Experiment with new technologies, materials, and mediums to push creative boundaries.
AS FOR EXPERIENCE, YOU NEED:
- 8+ years of experience in brand design, packaging, experiential marketing, and creative direction.
- A proven history of leading large-scale brand campaigns, retail storytelling, and product experience design.
- Expertise in 3D design, typography, experiential marketing, and illustration.
- A seasoned leader with experience mentoring and guiding high-performing creative teams.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, 3D design software, and motion graphics tools.
- Exceptional ability to craft compelling pitch decks and brand presentations that drive impact.
- Deep expertise in consumer engagement through visual storytelling.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, adept at leading client conversations and inspiring internal teams.
- A refined understanding of brand identity, typography, 3D design, illustration, and experiential storytelling.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

- Using standard office equipment, computers, and related technology.
- Certain activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding, and manipulating a computer mouse.
- Bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 pounds.
- Minimal travel is anticipated for this role.
- Thesis operates using a flexible hybrid model, work occurs remotely two days/week and in the office three days/week.
