The Right Time Group of Companies is seeking a Director of Integrated Marketing & Communications to elevate Right-Time's marketing to best-in-class in home services. This Director will join our internal Marketing Team and support high-paced growth as a leading provider of home comfort services across Canada. Right-Time's leadership team has deep expertise and a great track record in our space and believes that strong marketing is the key to meeting our growth targets.
As the Director of Integrated Marketing and Communications, you will own all elements of the brand, from overarching brand strategy to creative execution to message delivery across all touchpoints. You will bring fresh new ideas to Right-Time brands, generating creative concepts and testing new channels for impact. You and your team will be responsible for building strong brand awareness and brand preference as well as supporting the lead generation activities that drive our business. You will also own creative execution, to be developed both in-house (through your own creative team) and through external agency partners.
The ideal candidate is an experienced creative professional with a proven track record in developing and executing creative marketing initiatives focused on B2C lead generation. This leader will have owned the development of exciting creative concepts across multiple channels. An eye for design is a must as well as the ability to communicate creative direction. Top candidates will be inspirational leaders, able to identify and develop high potential talent and drive for great outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer loyalty.
- Oversee the design and content creation for all marketing initiatives.
- Take leadership of communications strategies and marketing plans while overseeing content development and identifying the best platforms to maximize conversions.
- Lead, mentor, and provide feedback to creative team members, fostering skills development and a performance-driven mindset.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns for all Right Time brands.
- Develop and manage content/promotion calendar, including social channels, blog and internal communications.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity, look, feel, and brand promise across all locations and platforms, aligning with our performance goals.
- Oversee the creative aspects of our websites, emails, and social media channels, ensuring a cohesive visual narrative that drives performance.
- Traffic radio and TV creative to media partners in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating this knowledge into creative strategies with a focus on performance marketing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role or a related field with a strong focus on creative design.
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field.
- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong experience with social media marketing and emerging new digital channels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a creative team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in virtual/remote settings.
- Flexibility in workday schedule is a must.
