Ecolab, the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services, is seeking a seasoned communications strategist and storyteller to join its Global Communications team. This is an exciting opportunity for a communications professional to lead the strategic communications function for Ecolab's Global Supply Chain organization, a team of more than 10,000 associates worldwide including the Global Procurement and Customer Service organizations.
The successful candidate will have a passion for writing, storytelling, executive communications, editorial planning and execution, and have a knack for developing content across numerous channels and a variety of topics, including strategic change initiatives, all with the purpose of helping to grow and strengthen the culture and reputation of Global Supply Chain and Ecolab.
As the Senior Manager of Global Supply Chain Communications, you will help shape and grow a culture of excellence by creating and implementing strategic communications campaigns that inspire and align teams. As a key member of the global communications and Global Supply Chain teams, you will drive alignment and understanding of key strategic and change initiatives, inspiring and engaging associates by sharing compelling stories about team and culture. You will also provide strategic communications counsel and support for Ecolab's Chief Global Supply Chain Officer, ensuring all messaging is connected throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate will be an expert communications strategist and skilled project manager, with the ability to serve as a communications consultant for senior leadership within the Global Supply Chain organization. Change management communications experience will set you apart from the rest.

The base salary range for this position is $117,200.00 - $175,800.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.

What You Will Do:
- Build out an infrastructure to reach all supply chain associates no matter their location or role, including (but not limited to), developing new ways of sharing information and engaging teams.
- Lead communications for all Global Supply Chain strategic initiatives, as determined by the leadership teams.
- Develop a variety of content including feature stories, blogs, videos, infographics and presentations in support of strategies.
- Support significant change management efforts through effective and comprehensive communication plans.
- Design and implement global communications programs that engage, inspire and connect associates across geographies.
- Develop a comprehensive campaign to grow and deepen a culture of collaboration and recognition.
- Ensure a consistent look and feel for all communication materials.
- Support high-visibility, high-profile strategic Global Supply Chain initiatives via comprehensive communications - from planning to execution.
- Manage executive communications as needed.
- Develop key messages and presentations for key internal and external meetings, including town hall-style meetings and business updates.
- Draft leadership blogs and/or other compelling content to engage and inspire teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 8 years of professional experience, preferably including experience both at an agency and in a corporate environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to develop compelling communication strategies with clear and measurable goals
- A creative storyteller and versatile writer, with an ability to tailor content for audiences and channels
- Fluent in all aspects of internal communications, from executive speechwriting to strategy and change management communications planning and execution
- Strong executive presence, with an ability to coach and counsel C-suite executives
- Strong business acumen, knowledge of the current social and political landscape and an ability to distill trends into communication implications
- Ability to work across multiple business units within a large, matrixed organization
- Critical listening skills and the ability to translate ideas, feedback, and thoughts into action/content
- Able to provide frank counsel and direction to colleagues, subject matter experts and other leaders on strategy, messaging and change management communications
- Comfortable with change and ambiguity. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can be relied on in a crisis
- Ability to leverage data and research to drive decisions and prioritization
