Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with expertise in problem-solving through Design Thinking. The ideal candidate will have experience in journey mapping, creating PSDs, and conducting workshops. While deep UI expertise is not required, a strong understanding of UI principles is essential. This role will also involve allocating work to the design team and ensuring seamless execution of UI/UX projects.
Key Responsibilities: Apply
Design Thinking
methodologies to solve complex user experience problems. Create
user journey maps
to improve the overall user experience. Develop high-quality
wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
using
Figma . Design and deliver
PSD files
for development teams. Conduct
workshops
to gather user insights, align stakeholders, and drive design decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience. Allocate design tasks within the team and ensure timely project execution. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Required Qualifications: Proven experience in
UI/UX design
with a strong portfolio. Financial Background. Hands-on experience with
Design Thinking methodologies . Proficiency in
Figma
for wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration. Experience in
journey mapping
to enhance user interactions. Familiarity with
UI design principles
(expertise not required but a good understanding is a must). Ability to create and manage
PSD files . Strong facilitation skills to
conduct workshops
and gather user requirements. Experience in team management, task allocation, and project coordination. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an
onsite
environment. Familiarity with front-end development concepts.
