Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver top-tier service while ensuring compliance with LIHTC and affordable housing regulations.
- Take ownership of all aspects of community management, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, resident relations, and tax credit compliance.
- Ensure accurate income certifications, recertifications, and reporting in accordance with tax credit program requirements.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement among team members.
- Develop creative solutions to address operational challenges and enhance the resident experience.
- Build positive relationships with residents, local organizations, and regulatory agencies.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in tax credit (LIHTC) property management or a related field.
- Proven track record of leadership, compliance expertise, and accountability in challenging environments.
- Strong understanding of affordable housing programs, income qualifications, and reporting requirements.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
