Job Details

The Visual Design Specialist will be responsible for developing compelling graphics and visual communications to effectively tell the AnewHealth story across multiple healthcare audiences. As a visual design expert, the individual in this role will make significant contributions to AnewHealth growth through the development of marketing materials and communication assets that elevate the company's brand story and clearly communicate complex concepts. This is a highly collaborative role. The successful candidate will have the ability to consult with stakeholders, design new creative concepts across a variety of channels, and ensure a high standard of production.

Responsibilities
  • Lead assigned projects/requests for graphic design, digital design and photography related deliverables for external marketing and employee communications efforts, ensuring deliverables are on brand.
  • Translate strategic concepts, data and complex information into clear, compelling and easily digestible content for a wide range of visual assets and marketing collateral across multiple print/digital channels.
  • Create and design sales enablement collateral, including one-pagers and slide decks, consulting with the business to translate concepts into clear and value-focused messages.
  • Support website content management as needed/assigned.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary details to help determine appropriate deliverables to achieve goals.
  • Manage the approval workflow process for design proofs and keep final versions within the company's library of collateral/assets.
  • Serve as a strategic partner and consultant within the Marketing team and across internal departments to help ensure materials adhere to a consistent brand standard.

Education
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media Production or related field.


Experience
  • Required: 5+ years of direct experience in graphic and visual design.
  • Strongly Preferred: Experience consulting in the design/creation of sales enablement materials.


Skills & Abilities
  • Required: Expert level in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Preferred: Intermediate level in WordPress web design (e.g., web content, landing pages).
  • Exceptional creative ability and a clear understanding of core design concepts.
  • Skills to design across all types of print and digital channels.
  • Ability to take a design from concept to completion and provide consultative guidance to others.
  • Open to collaborative feedback and has the ability to manage creative feedback while also thinking outside the box to deliver an effective product.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who can prioritize workload based on company and team goals.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, remain calm under pressure, and be proactive rather than reactive.
  • Proven ability to engage various stakeholders to achieve goals and keep to timelines.


Physical Demands

This position is administrative in nature and will present physical demands requisite to a position requiring: hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to commute to multiple site locations within assigned territory. May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.

Travel

Travel may be required for special organization or department events, department team meetings, trade shows, conferences, and other client engagements.
