Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Graphic Designer at Elemento L2. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, designing logos, developing branding, and working with typography. This role is based in Chicago, IL with the flexibility for some work from home.

Creative Development

• Collaborate with Art Director, Account Management, and strategists to establish creative approaches for a given assignment. 
• Develop logos and packaging
• Create marketing materials like flyers, mailers, social media posts, and signage
• Apply brand identity systems, typography, photography, color, and other ingredients appropriately to create innovative visual solutions that meet business needs
• Create visually appealing content for various social media platforms, aligning with a brand's identity and marketing strategy, to attract attention, increase engagement, and promote brand awareness through posts, stories, and other visual formats across different social channels. 
• Provide quality assurance of all creative deliverables

Qualifications

• Graphics and Graphic Design skills
• Logo Design and Branding experience
• Typography skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Experience in multicultural marketing is a plus
