Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing Planning:Assist in development and implementation of a 360-degree marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and brand vision.Manage integrated marketing campaigns spanning digital, social, influencer, B2B, and experiential marketing to drive membership growth.Own and execute a multi-channel marketing calendar, ensuring cohesive messaging and engagement across all platforms.Oversee event marketing strategies, ensuring Continuum-hosted events and external collaborations effectively target the right audience and drive conversions.Establish and manage strategic partnerships to enhance brand credibility, attract new members, and align with key business objectives.Social Media Management:Oversee all social media communications, including posting, community engagement, profile and influencer collaborations, responding to inquiries, and proactive audience building on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn etc.Manage day-to-day content strategy, ensuring high engagement and brand consistency.Collaborate with marketing leads to develop visually compelling content and messaging that aligns with brand positioning.Monitor social trends and engage with influencers, partners, and industry leaders to amplify Continuums online presence.Track social media analytics and engagement metrics, optimizing performance based on data insights.Digital & Paid Media Strategies:Manage and optimize all paid media efforts, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring a high return on ad spend (ROAS).Oversee SEO/SEM strategies, web traffic optimization, and performance tracking.Lead retargeting campaigns to engage potential members who have shown interest in Continuum.Leverage analytics to optimize ad performance, audience segmentation, and targeting strategies.Stay at the forefront of digital marketing innovations, testing new strategies to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.Brand Support & Messaging:Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels, aligned with the leadership team.Support content creation efforts and assist in building brand decks.Assist leadership and managers with weekly PR support, including providing necessary assets, key messaging, and updates to the PR agency.Performance Analysis and Reporting:Analyze marketing performance metrics (ROI, CAC, conversion rates, social engagement, etc.) and optimize campaigns accordingly.Track and report on marketing performance, making strategic recommendations based on insights. Live shared tracker and bi-weekly reports.Support ongoing refinement of the customer journey, ensuring seamless member onboarding and retention.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy development, social brand management, and digital marketing.Strong understanding of current marketing tools, trends, and best practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Start-up experience is a plus, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
