CLASSIFICATION: Key Team Member

SUMMARY:

Markets the property by assisting in the development and implementation of marketing, database andadvertising campaigns.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the development and execution of In house and offsite events and promotions.

Accurately completes requests for marketing materials in a timely manner.

Coordinate with Marketing Team Members to ensure all requested marketing collateral materials are properly reviewed, produced and approved.

Assist in preparing data base material for promotions.

Assist in preparing marketing and advertising strategies and objectives.

Assist in planning and organizing promotional presentations and updating marketing calendars and billboards.

Assists with coordination ofadvertising jobs for the property.

Responsible for placement of on property advertising materials including implementation and monitoring of digital signage.

Stock on property brochure and collateral displays and remove expired materials. Track quantities of collateral materials.

Assists in managing social media collateral and responses.

Ensure proper and timely placement and removal of on property advertising materials including posters, directional signage, banners, digital signage, etc.

Be knowledgeable to all aspects of current marketing and players club programs.

Weekly monitor website and on-site collateral.

Assist Players Club hosts, and promotional area. Work in the Players Club as needed.

Assist with database needs to include data entry of programs, promotions in promotions and player tracking system.

Responsible for up keep of all Marketing files to ensure informed and files are properly saved.

Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

At least two years of resort experience preferred.

A B.A. in marketing, business or organizational development a plus.

Ability to carry out instructions furnished in verbal and written format.

Must be able to demonstrate ability to read and comprehend written instructions.

Must pose excellent communication skills.

Ability to understand and comply with all departmental and company rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

Must pose excellent communication and phone skills.

Ability to perform basic math.

Ability implements new policies and procedures.

Ability to interpret an apply guidelines and procedures.

Must possess skills in preparing and maintaining records, writing reports and responding to correspondence.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and management.

Ability to work flexible schedule.

Ability to operate a computer, telephone, copier.

Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Knowledge of Adobe CC is a plus.

Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, grammar, spelling, math, and filing.

Must have leadership skills, team-building abilities, and excellent customer relations and communications skills.

Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

No felony, theft, or stealing convictions.

Must successfully pass drug screen and tribal gaming commission licensing.

Tribal preference.
