Position Overview:
Elford is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support proposal coordination, marketing material development, and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong retention skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Proposal Coordination & Strategy:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and preparation of proposals, qualifications, and award submissions.
- Support writing, formatting, and production efforts to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Track team involvement in projects and tailor content to client needs.
Marketing & Brand Development:
- Help develop marketing and business development strategies, offering creative insights to enhance processes and materials.
- Maintain and update brand collateral, including project sheets, resumes, and promotional materials.
Content & Communication Management:
- Develop, edit, and manage internal and external communications, such as newsletters, flyers, brochures, and announcements.
- Occasionally support project photography to capture key milestones.
Social Media & Website Management:
- Assist in updating and organizing website content.
- Contribute to Elford’s social media presence and growth.
Event Coordination & Brand Support:
- Coordinate employee and client events to foster relationships and strengthen engagement.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Partner with operations and other teams to support milestone events and client outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role (AEC industry experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
- Strong organizational and retention skills for managing detailed project and proposal content.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus but not required.
