We're proud to continue the industrial legacy of North Carolina, and to make fun furniture for future astronauts, artists, architects, athletes, and - especially - active community members.ABOUT THIS ROLE:You'll help orchestrate the development and execution of brand campaigns and initiatives, collaborating with a cross-functional team of brand/marketing, creative, design, e-comm and customer experience partners to ensure timely development and flawless executionYou'll provide team support as a liaison with external partners, such as brand partners, influencers, brand ambassadors, and othersYou'll assist in the execution of PR and influencer marketing strategies to contribute to overall brand building initiatives and support specific marketing campaignsYou'll execute and oversee brand ambassador programs, fostering a community amongst Nuggeteers while monitoring program effectiveness.You'll manage the end-to-end influencer communication process from documentation collection (W-9, addresses) to content submission, including communicating changes when needed to ensure content is ready for posting before handing it over to the performance marketing leadYou'll manage outreach, communication, and timely submission of award applications, helping to ensure submission deadlines and requirements are metYou'll monitor new press coverage and collaborate with the E-commerce team to ensure timely updates and visibility on our owned channelsYou'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and execution of day-to-day owned content You'll partner with the Director of Marketing to execute and provide input on strategy for launches, ensuring clear and consistent communication with product and creative teams to maximize efficiency in the campaign planning processYou'll assist the Marketing Director on just-in-time projects and other critical initiatives ABOUT YOU:You have 3-5 years of experience in brand, marketing, communications, content development, or similar rolesBonus: You previously worked with advertising and/or marketing agenciesYou have a solid understanding of core marketing channels such as email, social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube), and site, as well as a genuine interest in marketing strategic frameworksBonus: You love staying "in the know" about brand marketing, the influencer ecosystem, and social media trendsYou have experience working on cross-functional teams, collaborating with others to drive projects to completion and with exceptional executionYou have experience in the influencer and creator space, and can provide perspective on how to approach each for paid, earned and ownedBonus: Knowledge and experience with brand ambassador programs and UGC managementYou are comfortable working within Google Workspace, and maybe even have some experience with project management softwareBonus: You are familiar with Basecamp or other team collaboration toolsYou celebrate the work of others, acting as a trusted teammate, advocate and cheerleader for your cross functional teamYou take a forward-thinking, strategic approach to your work; are passionate about the consumer and "what makes them tick", and can anticipate and communicate future possibilities, trends, and implications accuratelyYou are skilled at analyzing complex or ambiguous problems or issues and can proactively identify potential roadblocks and come to the table with solutionsYou are passionate about finding new and better ways for the Marketing team to continuously innovate and be creative in the ways we attract and connect with Nugget customersYou consistently build strong partnerships inside and outside of the organization, and are skilled at working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectivesYou excel at planning, organization, and prioritization!
