Exciting Career Opportunities
Due to recent growth in Eastern NY and Western CT, particularly in Dutchess, Putnam, Westchester, and Fairfield counties, we have several new career opportunities. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team part-time. As a Marketing Manager you will collaborate with national and regional marketing specialists to help expand our brand presence online and within our local communities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We're looking for candidates who excel in marketing and communication activities. Your responsibilities will include the development of SEO/SEM and content marketing strategies. You would be plan and execute email, social media, and other types of advertising campaigns. In collaboration with corporate, cooperative, and local owners you would identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Additionally, your experience in optimizing landing pages, AdWords campaigns, and website analytics tools would be required. You'll also work closely with the Sales team and Owners to generate qualified leads. By upholding our code of values, you'll show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
Primary Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development
- Collaborate with Owner and Sales Team on lead generation campaigns.
- Influence a pipeline of leads using a lead generation program for residential and commercial projects.
- Form partnerships with realtors, designers, builders, and local businesses.
- Research and start partnerships and referral programs to boost lead flow.

Marketing and Communications
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and our website.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to align marketing strategies with corporate and franchise business goals.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Qualifications
Successful candidates must be able to perform each essential duty with passion and accountability. Ideal candidates will reside locally or within reasonable proximity to the franchise territories. The knowledge, skill and/or abilities required to be a reliable contributor are:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the home services industry.
- Demonstrated work history depicting successful online and local community campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Creative mindset, detail oriented, dependable, and reliable.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers, partners, and clients.
- Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced self-motivated environment.
- Superb time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in use of a Laptop/Tablet, smartphone and collaborative office software programs such as Google Mail/Calendar/Sheets/Drive.
