Ettika is looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to join our team at our Downtown Los Angeles office! If you live and breathe social media, have a passion for fashion and jewelry, and know how to grow and engage an audience, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
• Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute creative social media strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and grow our community.
• Content Creation: Plan, create, and curate high-quality, on-brand content (images, videos, reels, UGC, etc.) for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms.
• Community Engagement: Build and foster an engaged community by responding to comments, DMs, and creating interactive content.
• Influencer Collaborations: Identify, engage, and manage influencer partnerships to generate buzz and drive conversions.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics to optimize social media performance.
• Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, viral moments, and platform updates to ensure Ettika remains a leader in the space.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to align social media efforts with brand goals.
• Live Content & Events: Organize and execute live events, product launches, and behind-the-scenes content to increase brand engagement.
Who You Are:
• A social media pro – You know Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms inside and out.
• Creative & trend-savvy – You have a strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and viral content trends.
• Detail-oriented & organized – You can manage multiple social media platforms, content calendars, and influencer partnerships seamlessly.
• Engaging & community-driven – You love interacting with followers, creating conversations, and fostering brand loyalty.
• Analytical & results-driven – You understand social media KPIs and how to optimize performance.
• Experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a plus!
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in social media scheduling tools, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or other editing apps.
• Strong communication skills and ability to write compelling captions and CTAs.
• Experience working with influencers and UGC creators.
• Ability to work in-office in Downtown Los Angeles.
