Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven Web Developer to play a key role in shaping and managing our company website, which is central to our business operations. This is a crucial position that works closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Investment teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the MERN stack and a passion for creating dynamic, user-centric web experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to directly impact the success of our company.

Job Duties

  • Contribute to the planning and development of websites and other applications by writing clean, well-designed, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with designers to implement and enhance user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience across different devices and browsers.
  • Identify, plan, design, and implement back-end development tasks, such as database design and implementation, server-side scripting, and API integration.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in websites or web applications, performing testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform regular website maintenance tasks, including monitoring website performance, conducting updates and backups, and ensuring security measures are in place.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to contribute to project planning, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Find opportunities for improvements in workflows and deliverables. Create and execute plans to capitalize on identified opportunities.
Experience and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, web development, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is highly desirable. In-depth knowledge of back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python, Ruby) and databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) is a requirement.
  • It is beneficial to have a portfolio showcasing previous web development projects or code samples to demonstrate technical skills and capabilities.
