We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team—a role that blends creativity, organization, technology, and data analysis. If you’re tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to marketing efforts in a meaningful way, this role is for you!
Real estate experience is a plus but NOT required—we value a strong marketing background and a willingness to learn above all else.
What You’ll Do
Billing and Invoicing
- Prepare invoices, reconcile marketing expenses, and ensure proper documentation.
Online Listing Management
- Create and update property listings on Zillow, New Home Source, and other platforms, ensuring all information is accurate, engaging, and visually compelling.
Event Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including vendor coordination and on-site support to ensure seamless execution.
Product Sourcing
- Research, source, and order branded promotional materials and marketing assets that align with our brand standards.
CRM Management (HubSpot)
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM operations, including list creation, workflows, sequences, and reports.
- No prior HubSpot experience? No problem! We provide robust training resources to get you up to speed.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage and create engaging content for our social media profiles, including professional reels, videos, and visuals.
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Compile and analyze marketing reports to track performance, optimize campaigns, and inform future strategies.
General Marketing Support
- Provide administrative and creative support on various marketing projects to keep everything running smoothly.
Work Schedule
- This is a full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM role.
- Flexibility is required for occasional weekend events or special projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: At least 4 years in marketing, social media, or a related field.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools like HubSpot CRM.
- Basic video editing experience is a plus.
Mindset:
- A creative thinker with an eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
- A proactive, independent worker who takes ownership of projects.
- An interest in real estate is nice to have but not required!
