Senior Product Marketing Manager, Qorvo Defense & Aerospace (D&A) Qorvo's defense and aerospace portfolio includes cutting-edge RF, power, and multifunction products leveraging our GaN, GaAs, Silicon, and advanced packaging capabilities. We integrate these into leading products that help our customers solve their tough mission challenges with trusted performance and reliability. Responsibilities: Overall accountable for the revenue plan, funnel growth, and product margin performance for your products. Lead the product roadmap, working with BU leadership and design, applications, and sales on new product definitions. Lead interface with MARCOM team on collateral for new product launch, working with the applications team to generate. Define the new product development strategy, and technology and product roadmaps in support of the multi-year business objectives (organic and inorganic growth) with strong consultation with the engineering and sales teams. Establish and maintain key customer and partner relationships at strategic and tactical levels to fully understand the market and customer requirements to develop new business opportunities. Accountable for business plans on all new products and new product development execution through launch. Accountable for revenue performance after launch. Responsible for business projects, develop business case, cost models, competitive analysis, checklist items etc. Monitor US and International standards for Active Antennas and ICs and recommend Qorvo strategy. Monitor and communicate overall market conditions, SAM, and competitor trends; incorporate in business unit strategy planning. Manage alignment with worldwide sales team. Propose and provide business justification for new products and projects to enable long term growth of the business. Requirements: Requires at least 10 years of experience in RF products roles, with experience in the D&A markets. High level understanding of RF, IC, Active Antenna, power, and control subsystems from the system design level to the various components which make up the subsystem. Ability to read and understand customer specifications and requirements. Ability to write proposal responses to these statements of work. Experience in D&A contracting. Analytical mindset and an ability to share and teach internal and external customers on the technology tradeoffs. Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to build and motivate teams to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trust with customers and partners. Passion for technology and innovation. Proven ability to influence and drive external and internal customers and cross-functional teams without formal authority. Have led internal process and productivity improvement projects. Desired experiences: Demonstrated successful execution of customer growth that delivered measurable business results. Excellent communication, meeting facilitation and presentation skills. Strong analytical and business skills, including analyzing business and market data to make data-driven decisions. Position will require travel.
