This Senior Product Marketing Manager role involves not only strategic oversight but also a deep understanding of the technological landscape. The Senior Product Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in shaping the product's market perception, driving adoption, and ultimately contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. This Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for the creation of content for the IT solutions market, targeted at end users and channel partners. This is a hybrid role, expected to be onsite 3 days a week in our San Jose HQ. Responsibilities:Market Analysis and Research
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on market research. Go-to-Market Strategy
Design and implement effective go-to-market strategies to drive product launch and growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution. Product Positioning and Messaging
Create compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences. Ensure consistency across all marketing channels, regions, and materials. Content Creation
Develop high-quality content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, and email campaigns. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Sales Enablement
Develop and deliver sales enablement tools and materials to support the sales team. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product line management, sales, and other relevant teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments. Customer Insights
Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies. Utilize insights to improve customer satisfaction and enhance product offerings. Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Measure and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement. Performance Tracking
Monitor and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and achieve objectives. Thought Leadership
Establish and maintain thought leadership within the industry through content, speaking engagements, and networking. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Marketing in the IT market. Experience working for a leading business networking company is highly required. Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing IT solutions. Excellent writing, communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Ability to travel up to 10%. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
