We are passionate about our work and dedicated to delivering outstanding results. We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager who is enthusiastic about advancing their career to the next level. The Head of Marketing for North America will play a pivotal role in spearheading transformational growth and enhancing brand awareness for TCC's loyalty marketing solutions across the U.S. and Canada. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within our organization and drive innovative marketing strategies in a rapidly evolving marketplace. This role will focus on three key areas: B2B Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement integrated inbound and outbound strategies to generate leads and elevate TCC's profile among top grocery retailers. Pitch Development & Sales Enablement:
Collaborate closely with Sales and commercial teams to create and deliver compelling pitches and proposals that align with the evolving U.S. grocery landscape. Omnichannel Loyalty Campaign Implementation:
In direct contact with retailer clients, manage campaign implementation across the retailer's store estate, creating exciting in-store events, supported by activation across all other relevant channels (digital, mobile, social, etc.). Role and Responsibilities: The role, as part of the Marketing function, is focused on supporting the priorities set out by the Commercial Director North America and the Global CMO. B2B Marketing Support the Commercial Director and Senior sales leaders with planning around brand positioning, identifying target audiences, and developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. Executing on the TCC comms through the creation and distribution of marketing content across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events. This includes outbound, inbound, and ABM tactics to test and evolve lead-nurturing activity. Event management: Planning, venue finding, project management, agency management, and execution of major external events, including trade shows. Pitch Development and Sales Enablement Working closely with Sales to develop winning pitches including being part of the client-facing pitch team. This will involve collaborating with the Solutions team, designers, Insight, and taking ownership of copywriting and presentation creation. Conceptualize Omnichannel loyalty solutions and campaigns that connect directly with the retailer's objectives. Collaborating with the Insight team to commission research projects, analyze current customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful pitches. Omnichannel Loyalty Campaign Implementation Working with internal and external design teams to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all campaign communications, including print, digital, and video assets. Liaise with printers to achieve quality, cost, and service levels that align to TCC best practice and client expectations. Develop close and collaborative working relationships with Marketing counterparts at retailer client organizations. Advocate for excellent campaign activation. Minimum Requirements: B2B Marketing Expertise: Proven track record developing and executing inbound and outbound marketing strategies in a B2B environment. Digital Marketing Proficiency: Strong ability to leverage CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and digital channels to generate leads and measure marketing ROI. Retail/Shopper/Consumer Brand Experience: Understanding of consumer behavior and marketing strategies within retail, shopper, or consumer products. Pitch Development & Presentation Skills: Experience in creating compelling pitches, proposals, and sales-enablement materials; excellent verbal and written communication. Client-Facing Aptitude: Comfortable presenting to senior executives; strong relationship-building skills. Nice-to-have experience: Grocery Industry Exposure: Familiarity with grocery retailers or related shopper marketing segments. Event Management: Ability to plan and execute trade shows, client summits, or industry events to drive lead generation and brand visibility. Agency Background: Experience working in a fast-paced, project-driven agency environment; adaptability to changing demands. Additional attributes: Leadership & Collaboration: Experience managing or mentoring small teams and successfully collaborating with global counterparts. Strategic & Creative Thinking: Adept at identifying market opportunities, leading innovative strategies, and leveraging insights to deliver impact. Flexibility & Resilience: Willingness to accommodate occasional overtime, travel (c. 2 times per month within the U.S., once per year internationally), and to thrive under pressure. The candidate for this position should have at least 10+ years of Marketing experience and ideally a degree in a marketing-related field.
