Senior Product Manager

to drive the growth of our

publisher business , ensuring that

high-value prescriber traffic

engages with content that brings value to both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and our customers—pharmaceutical brands. The ideal candidate has

experience in content-driven publisher environments

and a proven ability to

optimize product experiences to drive engagement, account conversions, and credibility in the market. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role in a fast-growing startup backed by Lilly, Pfizer, MasterCard, and Adobe. You will be responsible for closely collaborating with the design, content, and engineering teams to deliver features that align user needs with business objectives, ensuring prescribers interact with the right resources to support confident prescribing decisions. Key Responsibilities Optimize Content & Features to Support HCP Needs

– Ensure prescribers have easy access to relevant, high-value information and tools that

enhance clinical decision-making, while supporting customer brand engagement objectives. SEO & Organic Growth

– Develop a strategy to

increase organic reach and discoverability , ensuring HCPs easily find relevant, authoritative content. Leverage Generative AI for Scalable Content

– Build

AI-powered, programmatic content generation

strategies to enhance site efficiency, personalization, and information delivery. Optimize User Journeys

– Work closely with

UX and research teams

to ensure digital experiences

seamlessly support HCP workflows

and drive deeper engagement. Improve Site Architecture & Design

– Collaborate with engineering to enhance

site structure, navigation, and performance

for an intuitive and effective user experience. Measure & Optimize Engagement

– Track key metrics

(traffic, engagement, prescribing tool usage, and commercial impact)

and iterate based on data-informed insights. Cross-Functional Collaboration

– Work closely with

marketing, sales, and content design teams

to align on a

cohesive roadmap

that drives both prescriber satisfaction and commercial success. Publisher Business Expertise

– Proven experience optimizing

content-driven publisher businesses

with a focus on engagement and monetization. Commercial Optimization Experience

– Ability to balance

user experience with business goals , ensuring content and tools drive

pharmaceutical brand awareness and prescribing confidence. SEO & Traffic Growth

– Hands-on experience

growing organic traffic through SEO and structured content strategies. Generative AI & Automation

– Experience leveraging

AI-powered content generation

to scale high-value content and improve personalization. User Experience & Design Collaboration

– Experience working with

UX researchers, designers, and writers

to craft intuitive, high-value prescriber experiences. Data-Driven Mindset

– Strong analytical skills with experience tracking

content and feature performance

using tools like

Google Analytics, Search Console, and engagement analytics. Technical Fluency

– Understanding of

web architecture, structured data, and site design

to optimize performance and engagement. Gets Stuff Done Qualifications & Requirements 5+ years

of product management experience in

content-heavy publisher businesses Proven success in

driving engagement that aligns user needs with commercial value Strong background in SEO and organic growth Hands-on experience with

AI-powered content generation and automation Familiarity with

web architecture, structured data, and search engine algorithms Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working with

engineering, design, marketing, and sales Compensation: This salary range for this role is $130,000 to $160,000 based on location and experience. There is a bonus. We offer strong benefits for a company at our stage, including a 401k (w/matching), and, while 100% remote, promote in-person human interactions when appropriate.
