Category: Marketing Strategy & Analytics Requisition ID: 246668 This position is a hybrid in-office role that works out of our Boston HQ. Monday-Thursday will be working in office and Friday is WFH. This is not a virtual / remote position. The Marketing team is looking for a creative, results-driven marketer to join our Campaign & Content Marketing team. In this role, you will play a major part in launching omni-channel campaigns for some of our biggest brand moments like Halloween, Outdoor Season, and Holiday that ultimately unlock brand awareness. This role will have heavy involvement with our merchandising teams, ensuring we showcase the right product in our landing pages and marketing efforts, inclusive of physical retail. Alongside the head of Campaign & Content Planning, this role will help develop the playbook for product marketing within Wayfair. Your key partners will be Creative, Merchandising, and the broader Marketing Org. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, entrepreneurial, and has a passion for storytelling and brand-building. This candidate also has equal respect for creativity and performance, and experience working in a highly collaborative culture. What You’ll Do: Strategize, create, and implement marketing campaigns across all media channels for Wayfair. Help refine our go-to market process by establishing a clear process for connecting the merchandising team with our visual production team to ensure our campaigns balance a mix of best sellers with trend-driven products. Build our product marketing muscle, determining the correct channel level marketing plans that bring awareness to our product offering. Analyze business performance using data-driven decision-making processes to refine marketing strategies and optimize performance. Aid in being a mentor for two associate team members to help with their development and growth. What You’ll Need: 3+ years of experience with a strong background in digital marketing and e-commerce campaigns. *Involvement with merchandising is a plus. Demonstrated success in running marketing campaigns, preferably within the retail or consumer goods sector. Be a creative thinker with an analytical mindset who has a proven track record of understanding and analyzing data to drive campaign strategy. Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to manage relationships with different viewpoints. Passion to innovate and see our products through our customer’s eyes. A team player that is people-oriented with an energetic attitude.
