Major Areas of Responsibility/Essential Functions:

Developing, implementing, and managing pay-per-click (PPC) and Display strategies and campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and LinkedIn Identify and test new channels, such as Programmatic, to achieve marketing goals Conducting keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-performing keywords Writing compelling ad copy that adheres to brand voice and CRO-driven wireframes for effective landing pages to maximize conversions Implementing A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and marketing qualified leads (MQLs) Managing paid budgets to optimize conversions and ad spend to achieve maximum ROI Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using analytics tools Develop weekly and monthly reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, cost per click (CPC), quality score, and MQLs Working with internal and external marketing team members, such as SEO, to ensure alignment of PPC strategies with overall marketing goals Coordinating with IT and web development teams to ensure technical capabilities for campaign success Keeping up with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure campaign success Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies and familiarity with various advertising platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Display and Programmatic Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights Basic understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) principles Strong ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions Proficiency in using Excel and other data analysis tools Experience with setting up and managing tracking pixels, attribution, and conversion tracking Collaborative, driven, and innovative, with excellent attention to detail Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills Self-starter who works well in a team environment Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media channels such as PPC and display advertising Google Ads certification preferred Physical Demands:
