Account & Social Media Manager
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid) | Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 (Based on Experience)
ABOUT THE ROLE :
We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and highly organized Account & Social Media Manager to join our team at 6th Ave Storytelling. This role blends client management, brand strategy, content creation, and social media execution.
You will be the primary point of contact for clients—crafting and overseeing their brand storytelling, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring they see measurable results. Beyond strategy, this role requires strong content creation skills, including photography and video production. You’ll be responsible for capturing high-quality photo and video content for clients, editing it for social media, and ensuring all content aligns with their brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Client Management & Strategy
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service and results.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to each client’s business goals.
- Oversee the creation of social media content, brand messaging, and marketing materials while collaborating with our creative team.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media growth, engagement, and conversions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, client satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Present monthly and quarterly reports to clients, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing success.
Social Media Management & Content Creation
- Capture high-quality photo and video content for client brands on an ongoing basis.
- Edit and produce Reels, TikToks, and short-form video content for social media.
- Create, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Develop creative social media captions that reflect a brand’s unique voice and goals.
- Engage with audiences, respond to messages and comments, and build community around client brands.
- Research and implement new trends, best practices, and innovative strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
- Work with photographers, videographers, and designers to ensure all content aligns with client branding.
- Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to optimize paid social media and search marketing efforts is a plus.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
Skills & Experience
- At least two years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, or Account Management.
- Strong hands-on experience managing multiple social media accounts and executing campaigns.
- Advanced photo and video production skills, including shooting, editing, and producing content for Reels and TikTok.
- Experience working with content creators, photographers, and videographers.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing tools.
- Experience running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- A high level of organization and the ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Work Environment & Expectations
- Hybrid role based in Fort Worth, TX. Some remote work is possible, but in-person meetings and content shoots will be required.
- Flexible schedule with occasional evenings and weekends for content creation and events.

Compensation & Benefits
- $55,000 - $75,000 salary, based on experience.
