WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Plan and implement projects.
  • Help define project scope, goals and deliverables.
  • Define tasks and required resources.
  • Create project schedule.
  • Lead project team milestones and deadlines.
  • Manage labor budget.
  • Track deliverables.
  • Create work order and schedule labor.
  • Attend construction meetings.
  • Monitor and report on project progress.
  • Implement and manage change orders.
  • Implement and manage punch lists.
  • Evaluate and assess result of projects.


WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, communication, or related field.
  • 4 years or more proven work experience in project management.
  • Audio visual industry experience desired.
  • Excellent communication skills; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Writes clearly and informatively.
  • Ability to lead completion of multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving.
  • Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.
  • Conflict resolution experience.
  • Able to tolerate stress.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The hiring compensation range for this position is $70,000-$90,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
