Oversee community operations to ensure resident satisfaction and profitability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Resident Relations & Customer Service:

  • Ensure a positive resident experience from move-in to move-out
  • Address and resolve complaints promptly
  • Advocate for residents and communicate their concerns to senior leadership
  • Organize resident events and retention programs
  • Maintain confidential resident files

Fiduciary:

  • Monitor community financial health
  • Drive financial growth through marketing and leasing
  • Manage budgets, rent rolls, and occupancy goals
  • Aim for 0% rent delinquency
  • Prepare accurate monthly financial reports
  • Oversee large capital projects

Staff Leadership:

  • Set and communicate performance goals
  • Oversee on-site operations
  • Provide regular feedback and training
  • Foster collaboration and inclusivity
  • Assess and recognize employee performance
  • Address team member concerns and emergencies
  • Ensure community's curb appeal

Adherence to Property Management Rules:

  • Follow company policies and legal regulations
  • Meet compliance requirements
  • Address housing violations and liability concerns

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

  • Work within the community, including resident units and office environments
  • Essential staff expected to adhere to safety protocols

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000 - $58,000 per year
