Responsibilities
Own The Brand
- Elevate and maintain our brand identity, reflecting our values and resonating with our community.
- Develop a distinctive brand voice and visual style that stands out in Boston's sports scene.
- Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve brand goals and ensure cross-functional integration.
- Regularly review and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, print materials, and in-stadium experiences.
Creative Direction
- Lead creative projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines, budget, and delivering exceptional quality.
- Dive into creating compelling content, including ads, promotional materials, and digital assets that make an impression.
- Direct the design and production of visuals, making sure they are on-brand and impactful.
- Helm the creation of multimedia content like videos and graphics, driving our brand's storytelling to new heights.
- Build and manage a vibrant network of Boston-based creative professionals who share your drive and passion.
Desired Characteristics
- A hands-on creative leader with a standout portfolio that demonstrates successful brand strategies.
- 5+ years in a senior creative role, with a focus on brand development and execution.
- Expertise with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Deep-rooted connection to and understanding of Boston and its surrounding areas.
- Experience in startups or the sports industry is a bonus.
Location & Availability
