Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with a financial institution that specializes in banking and loans to hire an instructional designer.
This 3 month contract is hybrid (onsite 2 days/week M-Th) in either McLean, VA or Richmond, VA. The pay is $35-45/hr based on experience. Only local candidates will be considered. There is no relocation, remote, or C2C option.
We are building a specialized cross-functional team to redesign Learning and Development training resources. The team will revamp virtual and computer based training (CBTs) for internship programs across Business and Technology job families. The individual designers will be responsible to work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Increase the effectiveness of learning solutions by identifying and recommending format/modalities that create an optimal learning experience and demonstrate an understanding of adult learning principles
- Apply expertise in learning design, learning science, and learning measurement to an evaluation of learning offerings
- Clear communication of context and asks to a diverse range of stakeholders
- Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt easily to change, shifting priorities
Qualifications:
* eLearning design / development, including experience with Articulate Storyline
* Video production and/or animation skills
* Use multimedia tools to tell compelling, interactive, digital-first stories
* Experience in learning & development, learning design, learning science, or an adjacent field
* Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sites, etc.)
